CANCELLATIONS

All orders are processed immediately. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. Please refer to the below policies to handle your case. 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES FOR NON-DEFECTIVE STYLING TOOLS WITHIN 30 DAYS

*Styling tools purchased from HAI® Beauty Concepts website (haibeautyconcepts.com) may be returned if postmarked within 30 days for a complete refund. Products must be returned in like-new condition with all packaging, inserts and receipts. Please note that if your styling tool return is missing the packaging and any/all inserts, we can only offer a partial refund. **Customers are responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments.  For your protection we recommend you use a registered delivery service, insured to the value of your parcel.

REPLACING A DEFECTIVE STYLING TOOL WITHIN 30 DAYS

*We will gladly process replacements for products that have failed through manufacturer defect.

*PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR PRODUCT IS VISIBLY DAMAGED THE WARRANTY CLAIM WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. 

****Customers may choose to ship the product through their carrier of choice.  HAI Beauty Concepts will reimburse shipping costs up to $15 sent via check if your product is verified as defective by our Quality Control Department.  Please save your receipt for your reimbursement.  For your protection we recommend you use a registered delivery service, insured to the value of your parcel.

EXCHANGING A NON-DEFECTIVE STYLING TOOL AFTER 30 DAYS

*No refunds will be given after 30 days for non-defective products.

**We happily offer exchanges for products past 30 days and up to 120 days.  Exchanges can be made for a $10 shipping, handling, and processing fee.
